MOSEP – More Self-Esteem with my E-Portfolio

E-portfolios as a method to prevent early school leaving and foster successful learning of students

The MOSEP project developed methods and tools that foster the self-esteem of students and thereby prevent early school leaving. A study identified the requirements of teachers, trainers and vocational counsellors for supporting youngsters successfully, in particular, by guiding them in the use of Web-based tools for self-organised and competence-oriented personal development. Furthermore an online course and guidance material has been developed that introduced the target groups to the use of e-portfolios. The MOSEP course comprises five modules that can be used for online as well as blended learning.
