IDA-Lab – Intelligent Data Analytics Lab
The IDA Lab is the central facility in Salzburg for basic and applied research in the fields of data science, machine learning and statistics.
The IDA Lab applies intelligent data analysis in the areas of Smart Analytics, Space Mobility, Biostatistics & Medical Data, Applied Image and Signal Processing and Communication Technologies.
Salzburg Research’s work focuses on communications technologies, where we apply artificial intelligence and machine learning. This occurs in two areas: Firstly, we develop intelligent methods for controlling the behavior of communications networks, and secondly, we control and evaluate network measurements using artificial intelligence.
