A learning toolkit for innovating traditional trade businesses
Innovcom promoted the professional development and competence for realising ICT-based innovations of small trade businesses. The project developed tools and materials for e-learning and blended learning which covered the following topics: Knowledge management and learning networks, innovation and strategic marketing, marketing at the point-of-sale, new marketing tools, communication and creativity, customer services and relationships. The learning toolkit comprised an information website, brochure, CD-ROM, MP3-Player and a number of podcasts.
