This information has an economic value for the user only if it improves his decision-making process. We select driving in a city as an example of a decision-making process, every intersection represents a decision making point where the driver has to decide where to drive. In order to prove our methodological approach for measuring the benefits of using location based services we construct an agent-based model. In this paper we present our methodological approach and the basic elements of the agent-based model."}
