In order to strengthen our team in the long term, we are looking for a part-timer (25 hours per week) as an
Accountant
Salzburg Research is your application-oriented research institute specializing in information technologies (IT). Owned by the State of Salzburg, the institute conducts research on an international level and develops market-relevant innovations for companies, industry and administration.
Task Areas (Target)
- Billing of (inter)national research projects
- Booking of incoming invoices, missions, banks, cash, salaries, allocations, depreciation etc.
- Responsibility of asset, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Support the financial management in quarterly controlling, budget and balance sheet
- Creation of reports (internal & external)
- Correspondence in German and English
Qualifications (Having)
- Successfully completed balance sheet auditing
- Several years of experience in Accounting (tax consultancy, auditing, etc.)
- Excellent Excel knowledge (MS Office in general)
- High affinity, accuracy and conscientiousness
- Ideally, experience with (inter)national funding statements
- Good command of English in word and writing
The annual salary for a 38.5 hours/week is at least EUR 41.454,00 gross according to the research collective agreement in the E1 level with the possibility of overpayment. The actual classification is based on the respective qualification and experience.
