Dr. Mark Markus is project manager and researcher in the Salzburg Research Forschungsgesellschaft m.b.H. He completed the education in innovation management at Management Centre Innsbruck, focusing especially on how companies can generate innovations with users and customers (Open Innovation). Mr. Markus supports companies to identify and develop product and process innovations. He analyses trends, markets, processes and technologies and consults enterprises in the tourism, sport and leisure industries. Mr. Markus has worked with companies like Atomic, KTM and SalzburgerLand Tourismusgesellschaft. He holds a Ph.D. in Communication Science from the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg where he gave lectures on scientific working. Mr. Markus speaks and writes English, German and Croatian.
